Get clarity with me / Brain Dump to Blueprint

Give your ideas a shape you can work with.

There’s something you want to do. Right now, it lives across conversations, notes, voice memos—and your head.

I’m Amy. I’ll help you make sense of what’s there, choose a useful focus, and turn it into a written blueprint you can act on. You don’t need to organize everything before we talk.

Start with a few sentences. We agree the scope and dates before payment.

Bring the unfinished thinking

You can start in the middle.

You might be saying…

“I have too many ideas and can’t see the order.”
“I know what I mean, but can’t explain it clearly.”
“I need to work out what to build first.”

We find a useful focus.

It could be an offer, a website, a body of knowledge, a recurring task or a bigger business idea. We decide what this piece of work needs to resolve.

What you receive

A written plan that helps you choose and begin.

Each Blueprint is built around the focus we agree. You leave with a document that holds the thinking together:

A clear direction

What you are working toward, who or what it serves, and the choices that shape it.

A useful structure

The ideas and materials organized into the map, brief or roadmap your project needs.

Priorities and next steps

Where to begin, what can wait, and the dependencies or assumptions to check.

Decisions you can revisit

What we agreed, what remains open, and one review and correction pass so you can respond to the plan.

A format that fits the work

Your Blueprint can take different shapes.

We choose the useful sections together. For example:

Clarify an offer

Positioning, audience, how your offers relate, and language that sounds like you.

Plan a simpler workflow

The current steps, the intended handoff, and a focused brief for a small automation or setup.

Shape a project

A website or content outline, a map of your ideas, or a roadmap for a new direction.

The written scope names which sections and materials are included. Research, implementation, finished assets and ongoing support are agreed separately.

From conversation to something you can use

Here’s how we work together.

  1. Tell me what’s on your mind.

A short description is enough to inquire. Bring the idea, the tangle or the decision you keep circling.

  2. Choose the focus and scope.

We agree the useful outcome, materials, deliverables, fee and dates in writing before payment. A larger body of work can be divided into phases.

  3. Talk it through.

We work with your words and agreed materials. I ask questions, connect the pieces and make room for what still needs a decision.

  4. Receive and review your Blueprint.

I assemble the written plan. You give one consolidated round of feedback, and I make the correction pass within our agreed focus.

  5. Choose what happens next.

Use the plan yourself, share it with someone helping you, or ask me for a separate scope of hands-on support.

Continue in the direction that fits

The next step is a choice.

Sometimes a clearer plan is all you need. Sometimes a small piece of practical help makes the difference.

  • Take it forward yourself.

Use the Blueprint with your own tools, team or AI assistant, at a pace that works for you.

  • Ask for focused help.

A working session, a small automation, a setup or a specific deliverable can be a separate engagement.

  • Work with your own specialist.

Use the plan to explain the project to a designer, developer, consultant or someone on your team.

  • Explore a 3S Stack implementation.

If a more connected business system is the right next move, we can scope an implementation around your knowledge, business capabilities and AI tools.

Want to understand the current setup first? The 5S Audit can help you find where work gets stuck. It may lead directly to focused help, or to a Blueprint if more planning would be useful. You can start with any of these engagements.

A few practical questions

Before you get in touch.

Do I need a finished idea or a tidy set of notes?

No. You can start with a conversation. We choose which existing notes, recordings or other materials would help and agree a manageable amount to review.

How is this different from the 5S Audit?

The audit examines how your business works today and identifies useful priorities. A Blueprint develops a particular idea, direction or plan. We can start with either, and an audit may lead straight to a small piece of implementation.

Will every Blueprint include an offer map and a 90-day roadmap?

We choose the sections your project needs. An offer map or a 90-day direction may be useful for a business idea; a workflow brief may need a different structure. We name the deliverables before work begins.

Do I need Shopify, Multiplist or a particular AI subscription?

No software purchase is a condition of the Blueprint. We can plan around your existing tools or prepare something another person can help you implement.

Does this include building what we plan?

The $750 engagement covers the written Blueprint and one review and correction pass within the agreed scope. Implementation, new research, finished design or code, subscriptions and ongoing support are separately scoped.

How long does it take?

We agree the conversations, materials, delivery date and review window before payment. The schedule reflects the focus and the material we are working with.

What should I share when I inquire?

A few sentences about the idea and what you want to work out. Leave out passwords and private client details. We agree what materials are appropriate and how they will be handled before you send them.

Start where you are

What would you like to make sense of?

Tell me a little about the idea, the project or the task. We’ll see whether a Blueprint, an audit or focused help is the right fit.

No need to choose a whole consulting path just to start a conversation.

Tell me a little about your business and one task, idea or situation you want help with. I’ll reply so we can discuss fit, scope, timing and price before payment.
