Get clarity with me / The 5S Audit · $495 USD

Find the useful next step for your business.

You can see the possibilities with AI. But where would it actually help your work?

I’m Amy. I’ll help you look across the tools you use, the steps you keep repeating, and the knowledge scattered between them. Together, we’ll turn that picture into a practical plan for what to keep, simplify or try next.

Start with a few sentences. We agree the fit, scope and dates before payment.

Start with the way you work

You don’t need a perfect brief to begin.

This is for founders, consultants, creatives and small teams who want practical AI help in plain English. You might already use Claude or ChatGPT. You might simply have a task that takes more effort than it should.

Bring something real

“I keep rewriting the same replies.”
“Our project details get copied everywhere.”
“I can never find the useful notes again.”

Leave with a clearer choice

Where to begin, what the change needs, and how to tell whether it helps. We start with your existing tools and recommend something new only when there is a useful reason.

Five areas. One working picture.

What we look at together.

The five S’s give us a way to see the whole setup before choosing a tool or prescribing an automation.

01

Surfaces

Where people find you and interact with your business: your website, email, booking page or social profiles.

02

Systems

What keeps the work running: enquiries, appointments, payments, project records and everyday administration.

03

Stack

The tools you actually use to think, create and deliver work, including your AI assistants.

04

Syncs

The handoffs between tools: what connects already and where you copy, retype, chase or repeat.

05

Sources

The knowledge behind the business: your notes, past conversations, procedures, voice and decisions.

What you receive

A plan you can act on.

A concise written assessment, grounded in our conversation and the examples we agree to review.

Your 5S Map

A clear overview of today’s tools, information and handoffs.

Up to three priorities

What I recommend first and why, including access, cost and effort assumptions, and anything still to check.

A manageable first-action plan

Small steps and a practical way to judge whether the change is useful.

A conversation about what comes next

A 30-minute review and a bounded clarification round. Use the plan yourself or ask for a separate scope of hands-on help.

This five-page example uses an invented business. It shows the format and reasoning; it is not a client result or testimonial.

From inquiry to a useful plan

Here’s how we work together.

  1. Tell me what feels harder than it should.

Send your name, email and a few sentences about the business and one task. You don’t need to complete the full intake or buy anything to ask.

  2. We agree the fit, scope and dates.

I review your inquiry with you. We confirm the workflows, essential inputs, discovery date and report schedule in writing. If you need a different kind of help, we discuss that before payment.

  3. Confirm your assessment.

Once we agree, you receive a payment link for the $495 assessment, with any applicable tax shown in the written quote. No recurring subscription is included.

  4. Walk me through the work.

We meet for 45 minutes. The intake can guide us; partial answers and “I’m not sure” are welcome. Bring examples we’ve agreed are appropriate to share.

  5. Receive your written assessment.

Your report arrives within five business days after discovery and receipt of the agreed essential inputs. We agree the start date before payment; any needed change is discussed with you.

  6. Review it and choose your next move.

We review the plan in a 30-minute session offered within seven calendar days of delivery, at a mutually agreed time. You can also send one consolidated clarification request within that seven-day window; I respond within two business days.

A focused assessment, with a choice of what comes next. Configuration, coding, migrations, automation builds, new subscriptions and ongoing support are separately scoped. The audit gives you recommendations to test; it does not guarantee time savings, revenue or a particular AI result.

The consulting path

From clarity to a working system.

Three connected ways to work together. Each engagement stands on its own; we decide whether the next step would be useful.

  1. 5S Audit

Assess the business as it works today. Leave with a 5S Map, up to three priorities and useful first actions.

  2. Brain Dump to Blueprint

Turn conversations, notes and ideas into positioning, an offer map, priorities and a practical roadmap.

  3. 3S Stack

Build the agreed system in phases, connecting durable business context, Shopify capabilities and your AI tools.

A few things you might be wondering

Before you get in touch.

Do I need technical skills or a tidy setup?

No. A recent example of your work is more useful than a perfect tool inventory. We can complete the intake together, and we use plain language throughout.

How is this different from the free Aero orientation?

Aero helps you explore one task and a possible next step. The 5S Audit is a paid engagement with me: a discovery conversation, a tailored written assessment across the five areas, and a review of the recommendations. You can inquire directly without using Aero first.

Will you set everything up during the audit?

The assessment identifies and prioritizes the work. Implementation, training and ongoing support are separate. You can use the plan yourself, ask for a focused working session, or request a separately scoped build.

Do I need to buy Multiplist or another subscription?

No software purchase is a condition of the assessment. We begin with what you already use. If a recommendation needs a different plan, permission or paid tool, the report makes that dependency visible.

What should I share?

Start with a short description, without passwords or private client details. If we need sample materials, we agree what is appropriate and how they will be handled before you send them. Once we agree the scope, I’ll send the intake. You do not need to complete it just to inquire.

What if I have a specific thing I want built?

Tell me what you have in mind. A bespoke Braindump to Blueprint engagement or a focused implementation may be a better fit. The audit is the starting point for understanding your current workflows; it is not a compulsory step for every project.

What does “audit” mean here?

A practical assessment of your tools, workflows and working knowledge, using discussion and agreed examples. It is not a forensic, security, legal or regulatory compliance audit. The clarification round explains the report; it does not add another workflow or open-ended support.

Start where you are

What would you like to feel easier?

A few sentences are plenty. Tell me a little about the business and one task you want help with. I’ll review the fit and next steps with you before any payment.

No obligation to book. No need for a perfect brief.

Prefer to explore first?

You can use the free Aero orientation on the Studio homepage. Direct inquiry is equally welcome.

Tell me a little about your business and one task you would like to make easier. I’ll reply so we can agree the fit, scope, essential inputs and dates before payment.
