Teaching people to relate with AI in a more intuitive, collaborative way
Not as a tool to be mastered. Not as a replacement to be feared. As a thinking partner — a co-intelligence that grows with you and preserves the work that matters.
How I got here
I’m Amy — a non-technical founder, artist, and creative technologist who learned AI by using it, building with it, and pushing against its limits in real life.
I got here the way many of us do: by sensing that these tools were incredibly powerful, but feeling how quickly my best thinking could disappear inside them.
After years of losing my best ideas inside ephemeral AI chat threads, I built the system I needed: a way to extract and organize the decisions, frameworks, and insights that usually vanish when the chat window closes. A way to stop starting over every session. A way to make AI feel less like a slot machine and more like a true collaborator.
That became Multiplist.
Closing the gap between chatting and building
I’m interested in helping people who are smart, capable, and full of ideas, but overwhelmed by tool sprawl, fragmented workflows, and the constant pressure to become more technical just to keep up.
Many of us can feel that AI is useful, but we are stuck in the gap between simply "chatting" with it and actually building a reliable, calm system with it.
That gap has a high cost. When we lose our AI history, we aren’t just losing prompts. We are losing our decisions, our unique language patterns, and the momentum of our own hard work.
"Your brain is not broken. Your tools were."
For a lot of founders, creators, and consultants, the problem isn’t a lack of organization. It’s that standard AI interfaces are built for developers, not for the way real human minds actually work.
Adapted to you, not the other way around
I believe AI works best when it is adapted to you, not the other way around. You do not need perfect "prompt engineering" or a technical background to get immense value from these tools. You need a better relationship with them.
Using plain language first
You shouldn't have to learn a machine's private language to get work done.
Designing for cognitive calm
Utilizing progressive disclosure, minimalist layouts, and systems that show you only what you need, when you need it, to prevent decision fatigue.
Keeping your context alive
Making sure what you figured out yesterday is automatically available to your AI today.
"No jargon. No overwhelm. Just clarity."
Why I built Multiplist
Multiplist grew out of a very practical frustration: AI conversations were producing massive value, but that value kept evaporating. That’s the problem I call AI Amnesia — when useful thinking gets stranded inside isolated conversations and has to be rebuilt again and again.
"They store everything; you store insights."
I am not interested in hoarding endless transcripts. I am interested in helping you keep the parts that actually build your business: the locked decisions, the unique frameworks, the polished copy, and the emerging patterns.
Multiplist exists as both a software product and a consulting practice to bridge this gap — helping you move from fleeting, temporary chats to a durable, compound body of work.
Built for real practitioners
- ✦ Solopreneurs, coaches, and consultants
- ✦ Creatives, writers, and artists
- ✦ Small, agile teams and boutique agencies
- ✦ Non-technical founders who want AI to be useful without becoming operators
Whether you need to untangle your business ideas in a Braindump to Blueprint session, set up your workspace in an AI Platform Setup, or migrate your scattered files into a structured system, my goal is the same: to give you a calm, reliable workspace that grows more valuable the more you use it.
"Talk is work. Work deserves memory. Memory makes context cheap."
